Welcome to Speech Smart Therapy, a children's speech pathology service located in Kingscliff on the Tweed Coast, providing services to Kingscliff, Cabarita, Murwillumbah, Pottsville, Casuarina, Banora Point and surrounding areas.

Sarah Creagh is an experienced speech pathologist, passionate about early intervention and providing therapy to maximise children to reach their full potential, by supporting children and parents on the Tweed Coast in Northern NSW.  We provide individual consultations for children and their families.  We offer assessment and treatment of speech, language, social skills, literacy and feeding skills in children.

Our therapy centre is located at Physio Fit Studio in Kingscliff, just a few minutes drive from Salt Village and Casuarina Shopping Village.  

We are here for your child's speech pathology needs in:
